The storm is not yours

#worth #thinking #about it!
THE STORM IS NOT YOUR STORM,; DESTINIES CONNECTED TO YOURS BROUGHT IT:
Mark 5:1-20
To everyone who has sent us testimonies and asked us for prayers during this trying times or challenges. We stand together with you in faith and declare thus saith the Lord to you and your family;
"No, My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips. I have sworn an oath to David[YOU and your family/ministry], and in my holiness I cannot lie". God will not break His covenant and please don't give up. Today I pray for all of you faithfully sowing "your all" as missionaries and deny yourself everything- God will make your vision clear, He will bring upon you the days of His power and His people shall be willing. Don't give up… Listen!
The storms that came in Matthew 8:23-27 was not meant for Jesus Christ. Listen again- it was not meant for Jesus Christ. Across the lake in the region of Gerasenes was a man possessed by demons. The Bible says in Mark 5:1-20(read) that this man was possessed by legions of demons and everyone had abandon Him to the graveyard. But Jesus Christ after calming the sea casts out all the demons in this man. The most amazing thing happened. The Bible says; " As Jesus was getting into the boat, the man who had been demon-possessed begged to go with him. Jesus did not let him, but said, “Go home to your own people and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you”(Mark 5:18-19).
The demon possessed man wanted to go with Jesus Christ but Christ however asked Him to go back home and preach the good-news of His salvation by the Lord. The "man went away and began to tell in the DECAPOLIS how much Jesus had done for him. And all the people were amazed"Mark 5:20.
The DECAPOLIS means ten cities- The man preached &witnessed to ten cities for Jesus Christ. This was a man with influence over Ten cities, left and forgotten in the graveyard. Worst is that the Storm that faced Jesus Christ and His disciples was an attempt to stop this man from fulfilling His destiny. It wasn't the storms of Jesus Christ, it was the demon possessed man's storm. Satan made the greatest mistake by bringing the storm in the first place to Him who controls nature. The mistake that the enemy has made is bringing the storms of life your way. The STORMS MAY NOT BE FOR YOU BUT BEYOND ARE THE SEEDS FOR GREAT IMPACT.
If you give up now- YOU DON'T JUST DENY YOURSELF VICTORY BUT YOU DERAIL THE DESTINY OF THOSE CONNECTED TO YOURS.
Again the story did not end there, the people of that city asked Jesus to leave . They rejected Jesus Christ but after the man went about preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ the saviour of the World, Jesus came back to that REGION- note what happened. In Mark 7:31-37 the Bible says the people of the ten cities brought to Him a deaf person to be healed. What a change of event. The people of the Ten cities or Decapolis declared; "And all who heard were completely amazed. “How well he does everything!” they exclaimed. “He even causes the deaf to hear and the dumb to speak!”"(Mark 7:37). Amen! I am sure that this man had a huge part to play in the conversion of these people.
THE STORM IS NOT FOR YOU- THERE ARE DESTINIES CONNECTED TO YOURS THAT YOUR GIVING UP WILL AFFECT. THEIR HOPE IS IN THE GOOD-NEWS OF CHRIST JESUS YOU CARRY. JUST AS THE THE DEMONS THAT STOPPED THIS MAN DELAYED THE GOOD-NEWS FROM GETTING TO THE TEN CITIES, THE STORM IS NOT YOUR STORM. DON'T GIVE UP.
The death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ makes you child of God a valuable vessel in this end time and don't let the storm of the man on the other side stop you now. The of of Jesus Christ brings calmness now. Shalom!

Mark 5:19-20; "And He did not let him, but He said to him, “Go home to your people and report to them what great things the Lord has done for you, and how He had mercy on you.” And he went away and began to proclaim in Decapolis what great things Jesus had done for him; and everyone was amazed".
